Default Best Screen Protector for S5?

I have an armor suit screen protector, and it feels cheap. It leaves marks everywhere, and i'm disappointed. Anyone have any good screen protectors to recommend? (I dont want to spend more than like $5 on this.) Thanks!

Default Did you try?

Did you try those tempered glass?? I saw in mult sizes, like 0.2mm 0.3mm

They (china) tell that are Anti-shatter Film and Oleophobic (prevent fingerprints marks)

I dont triyed yet, but I already make order on aliexpress to test my self.

I have not tried the glass ones yet. Maybe I should... if the technology is making advances without me, that shall be my undoing. I've always tried to keep up with the future, and to trust the technology. I've rarely been disappointed. Thank you for your suggestion

I tried a Tempered Glass one on my M8. It was ok. It was $18.00 but that phone died.
I used a conventional screen protector on my replaced M8 and my S5.

The Tempered Glass one was VERY slippery. I swear if you put the phone on a glass table face down it would float off like a hockey puck.
I didn't like how it cleaned. It cleaned like plexi-glass and just didn't feel crystal clear.
They are thick. The corners will not curl on you because it's stiff.

I think I prefer the standard type. I used these on both the S5 and M8.

Some might complain they don't right to the very edge. But that makes it easier to install.
I managed to get it on absolutely perfect. Less visible than plexi-glass. Feels more like stock glass. And cleans more like stock glass.

I will say though the plexi-glass one seemed to less oil from your fingers. Same as stock glass.

This is the plexi-glass one I used.

I got the Luvvitt tempered glass screen protector and I love it. It's like swiping the bare screen which is what I was looking for.

I like it so much I got one for my wife and two kid's phones as well as my parents phones. I am a pro at installing them now.

I just received my tempered glass I had ordered on eBay. 0.40mm thick might have seemed a bit overkill but it works great and my touchscreen is still responsive. Just waiting for my case so it won't feel like I am using window glass as my touchscreen.

Is that really how thick they are? That's astounding.
