Default Good, fast, customizeable launcher?!

Been using Nova for as long as I can remember... but development for it is pretty dead (haven't saw not one post from the Dev since December!).... so I'm looking for something similar to Nova in terms of customizing, also would be nice if it's low on memory and lightning fast like Nova. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I tried several launchers but I always get back to Nova.
Aviate Launcher is pretty cool & innovative but important features are missing. You could also give a try to Lucid Launcher, Sidebar Launcher or DO Launcher.
