Default [NOOB WARNING] [Q] Installing a CR on G.Centura?

I have the Galaxy Centura and I want to install a custom rom on it, Android 4.2.2 or Cyanogen. I'm really new to this whole thing and I don't know how to really do any of it 100% right. I guess the first thing is to ask if my phone is even compatible with putting a custom rom on it and how do I go about doing this?

Thanks!

Phone Model: Galaxy Centura SAMSUNG

Try googling it, I found a Rom for it on area 51 site. Shows how to root it and what not. Also it's based on the stock ice,I haven't tried it yet.

I havent tried the rom yet, but they also have a kernel that allows overclocking from 800mhz to 1200mhz. Running it with stock rom and its great.

My centura is running their ARC 1.1 ROM with the new 1.3 GHz over clocked kernel. No issues at all. I had problems with all their other custom roms, but this version is running pretty solid for me.

So is arc 1.1 still running great? And when do I get it at?
