I just tried to s-off my device using firewater. Managed to get through all the steps, rebooted to double check, and i had s-off, etc. I go to reboot my device and now its been stuck on the red Verizon screen for about 20min now. Any idea what may have happened? Or if its possible to fix?

Well if your s-off now, i would just either do an ruu, or fastboot flash a recovery and then do a wipe and flash the rom of your choice.
