Drivers Installation :

Procedure :

To install the USB drivers VCOM the phone must be turned off and connected to the PC with or without a battery depending on the type of device,
get a screen like this in the device manager of the computer



Once you have installed the terminal will be shown in this way (the COM port may be different)


For those who have problems with the installation of these drivers and have had in the past a terminal mtk
they may have a driver conflict, or even if you just do the confusion and installed it different,
to solve, you can try to use the program
usbdeview:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/trans/usbdeview_italian.zip



select all items in that report as VCOM USB Preloader in the Mediatek figure right click Unistall and restart the PC.


Installation of the Firmware:

PROCEDURE

1) Setup new Firmware


To download the new firmware.

Do unzip the compressed file and insert into the firmware folder:

a) recovery modded
b) Ebr1 and 2 to increase the primary partition up to max 10gb GB according me 7gb is preferred,

c) boot patched

Phone off without usb cable and possibly removed the battery and put back for a perfect reset .....
and hold mode 'of off without usb cable connected!

Run Flashtool version octa-core ..... select the file, and then scatter firmware upgrade ...... NOW ONLY CONNECT USB CABLE not before!
Wait for the end of the installation procedure of the firmware and eventually restart the phone!




This' whole simplified procedure for installing the original firmware.

Facebook issue and flashing zp1000

I couldnt flash a rom to my wifes zp1000. battery is nonremovable. our rom works good but. There is issue with facebook. When we enter facebook, after 5-6 seconds it closed quickly, sometimes we said now it wont close itself when we want to open a photo it close quickly. İt is very very interesting in a new and strong phone.

How can I solve this problem (there isnt any problem either facebook) or how can I flash (my first flash to mtk phones) a rom to zp1000????

Probem is with octa core cpu, facebook app version above 7 will not suport it. You have to use version 7 (you already have it preinstalled on your phone, just uninstall all updates).


I also have this phone. Very strong phone, nice screen, 4h+ on screen battery life, good camera.

Very thanks for your answer. I coulnt understand, why stupid facebook don't support new octa core phones.

hello
i have my new zopo zp1000, i have rooted it just activating the superuser in security settings, but after installed the new firmware the phone is no longer rooted and i can't root it again just activating superuser... any one could tell me how to do it please?

TAKE CARE , I just install this firmware and after that my phone is no longer rooted and impossible to root again with superuser activated :/

if somebody have a solution to root it again, please tell me.

Hi Friend,
Sure that you do not able to root ....because the root is already present!!!
And so is impossible to root again with Zopo's supersu !
You must delete the original supersu(but is not easy) and after you must try to root with supersu that you want!

i try to flash a previous firmware with flash tool, but when i try to download the scatter file it say "Error: initializing scater file failed. Please check the name of scatter file wich u load is legal"
could someone help me?

EDIT: i know why, it seems i didn't use the right SP flash Tool for octa core, so now all is ok i flashed a custom Rom
