Default Samsung Galaxy Gio Android upgrade HELP

Hello. Currently on my Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 i have Android 2.2.1 and i wanted to upgrade it to something better , like 2.3 or 2.4 maybe.
If you know how i can do that , please help me .Ive never installed a new android.
Btw i have no USB Cable.

Man, could you do a simple search instead of posting randomly here? This is the wrong section. Finding the right one isn't difficult...

 


Previous devices:
A couple of dumbphones.
HTC Artemis (broken)
HTC Desire S (first thought I had hard bricked it, but then managed to reboot into recovery, wipe everything flash fallout and give to my mother)


Current devices:
Phone: Google Nexus 5
ROM: latest Paranoid Android build.
Recovery: TWRP
Kernel: Franco kernel
CPU settings: Stock
Root: positive .
