Contacts Sorting

When viewing contacts, they are ordered such as,

Last, First

I want to change the default output so that it would say

First Last

Infact, with WM5 there's now a Nickname field. So I'd even like to show First "Nickname" Last somehow. I can't imagine this isn't editable somehow. Anyone know how to hack this up?

It seems to me that it is Outlook on your PC that dictates settings on your mobile device.
Outlook has a drop down menu "File as" which lets you pick how you want it to be displayed, all mine are first name, last name and that is exactly how they appear on my universal.

I figured that was going to be my first reply, as I had heard of such thing in the past (although never tried it myself). Unfortunately I refuse to install Outlook (or any of Office) on my machine due to the gutt wrenching feeling doing so would give me. I was hoping for some form of 3rd party solution for this.
