Part of that may be that XCPUScalar is designed for the Intel XScale family of processors. Someone I know tried Hackmaster but it didn't work very well. He posted to Anton Tomov's website about the issue on the TyTN's Samsung processor.

XCPUScalar seems to work fine at 500. Tried Hackmaster too, but
its froze my TyTN. Working autoscale would be sweet thou.
Gotta try and find some benchmarking programs to compare the speeds.
Any suggestions for a good one?
Must be working thou, since setting the processor to 100, makes the device very very slow.
