Exclamation [help] sms kitkat - carbon/cm rom

Hii! this is a really small problem. The point is that my mother lenguaje is Spanish and we use a lot of accents ej: á é í ó ú
and the sms for some weird reason give less characters when i write in spanish :/
for example: if i worte "Hola, cómo estas?" (hello, how are u?) it will "punish" me with less characters that if i do it without accents.

It may be something stupid but, for give an example in spanish i can write
1. Mi papá tiene 47 años ( My dad is 47 years old ) or Mi papa tiene 47 anos ( - no accents ni symbols -> my potato has 47 asshole ) xD

any mod or help or configuration?

DONATE TO ME
Hi! There isn't any way how to solve it. This unicode characters will take more space in your SMS. You can only use some app like viber or whatsapp and texting over internet.

Easy, go to sms settings, strip unicode & check "leave characters intact". As I don't need that, I check "strip all unicode characters". I use the default sms app on CM11.
