Android -> SurfacePro 2 display

I have and HTC One (M7), I want to be able to mirror my android display onto the screen of the Surface Pro 2 for purposes of gaming and video consumption etc. So latency is a bit of an issue I suppose.

Anyway, Typically I would use MHL for a project of this type but the Surface Pro 2 is a bit limited in ports. I have access to USB, WiFi, or display port(which I am guessing is out only).

Are there currently any software or hardware solutions to this problem?
