If You Are Using FPSe And Want A Completed/Started Save Data For A Certain Game, Follow Steps:

1) Download Custom Save Using "Gamefaqs.com" or Other Site.
2) Rename File To "WhateverTextHere.mcd"
3) Put On Phone
4) Go To FPSe > Settings > Memory Card 1/2 > Select Ur File
5) Go 2 Load Screen In Game
6) Load Custom Save!

Hope This Helped!
*Tested On "Silent Hill", File Extension Of ".gme", On Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY*

Thanks for the insight. I think this will be useful for some of the games I've already beaten.

Although I haven't tried silent hill with fpse, I think I read everywhere that it has audio glitches and maybe more.

I'm reading this two years in the future, I hope it still works.
