Default Manual Master reset

Can me anybody tell me, how Can I do a manual master reset? I know, in the Settings is item for Master reset, but I cant get to the system. Thx for any help...

4) When the screen turns on, immediately release the soft keys.
5) A black screen should come up with white text stating to press 0 to reset device...any other key to exit.

Are the soft keys the two at the top of the keypad? If so then this hard reset method doesn't work with my phone!

All the items from my start menu have disappeared so I can't use the first method - can anyone help?

Softkey 1 is above the green button and softkey 2 is above the red.

hy !,
on my qtek 8500 press an hold the two soft keys, turn on the device ( just one press on/off ) but continue to press the two soft keys, wait few seconds and a black screen turn on " press send to hard reset or another key to quit " ( send key it's the green one ! ) and now you have your hard reset !

Default How Can I Reset T-mobile Mda Vario

HI EVERYONE,
MY PDA IS PRESENTLY OFF AND EACH TIME I TRIED SWITCHING IT ON IT REMAIN BOOYING AND SHOW NOTHING THAN THE WINDOW 6 START UP DISPLAY.COULD ANYONE HELP ME ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT.
