Default Force shut down of phone

A lot of times, my phone force shuts down or system ui FC's... i noticed this particularly when playing Clash of Clans, along with other apps... i tried cm11, pac, pa... the issue still remains... it first occured on cm11, n since then its been continuously occuring
My devices :-
1. Samsung Galaxy Y - GT-S5360 - totoro
Rom - CM 7.2
Kernel - cm#2 modded
2. Nexus 7 (2012) WiFi - grouper
Rom - CM 11
Kernel - build01@cyanogenmod #1
3. Moto G - xt1033 - falcon
Rom - Changing constantly
Kernel - faux

when this happens is your G hot/warm? or maybe running out of ram?

most probably running out of ram... from what i heard, it is a ram leak, so any fixes as of yet?
