3G/GPRS/UMTS data problem

Hey Folks,

i dont know if it might be helpful to have a hardware problem Thread?

For me i want to announce a problem regarding the GSM/UMTS device.

I am using MS Exchange with my device a lot and so i syncronize my emails the whole day. But all of the sudden, the network doesnt work. So i called my service provider and asked them if they have a data network problem. But they recommended me to make a hard reset with the device (thanks to them, all my data are lost) to make sure its not a device error. But i have to agree. My GSM/UMTS data network went back again after performing a hard reset.

Now my question to other Trion users. Did you experienced such a problem too? Does anyone have a solution for that issue? I bet the problem will come back and will not be a single case.

Any reports about that issue are appreciated.
