Question How to cook my own stock rom

Hello, I have FTF file with KitKat 14.3.A.0.757, 7Zip, FTF EXTRACTOR and Android SDK and I want to create my own rom.
Tried FTF extractor and a lot of tutorials but, FTF extractor fails unpacking system.sin (don't know why)
AND I prefer to use my own.
If anyone can post a link or something I will appreciate.
