Default Missing NFC icon

Has anyone had an issue with their NFC icon not showing up in the status bar even though NFC is enabled and working? I had it on my T-Mob S5 to start but it seems to have vanished... not sure it happened until after I rooted, but thing is, I have 3 other S5's in the house, all rooted, and all of them but mine show the icon... and I haven't applied any changes to mine via root that haven't been done to the others (only change was to enable SD write access). Not a showstopper by any stretch, but just kinda annoying... tried clearing cache from recovery, no help. Just a weird thing, wondering if anyone else has seen this?

Does not show on my S5 either, but I am glad. The notification bar can become cluttered enough anyway.

Agreed, it's no big loss... I just don't like things not working that should be.

US devices has them on. International or EU devices has them disabled. Both working as intended

Sent from my GT-I9505 using XDA Free mobile app

The plot thickens: I'm on T-Mobile... and besides, I stated out with it working... so unless I somehow flipped it to international...

A little jealous of yours being "missing," but I understand being concerned.
I am in the US on AT&T, and mine is there...all the time...cluttering.
