Default help me pls

i hit 3845#*975# and then i go settings>camera setings>camera clock settings>mclk45(Or it was48 i m not remeber). Why i do this? i thought this option is to change my videorec fps lol , then i saw that its somthing like lagy video recording. pls help me guys wich setting is default fo camera clock settings.
