Are you rooted? If so, you might be able to just use a build.prop editor to change that line and trick the program into thinking you are on the update it's looking for.

The number in the update file refers to the prior build number. Your phone is on one build farther back. You would first need to update to 9.18.94 before updating to Kit Kat.

Didn't think there would enough differences between the updates to make a difference. It's usually only an issue if it was more than an incremental update of the same Android version. But some phones are very specific...
