Default Cost to develop cocktail app

Just looking at the cost to build a cocktail/bartender app like Mr bartender on the app store? Right now I'm looking at freelancer as I don't have developer skills.

Hi.

A cocktail app like MrBartender is not that hard to develop. I would say I would start with a very basic version or 600 $.

Hi.

Do you want it to connect to the internet?
If so, Do you have the web services? Like Website and ....
Or the developer should make it?

If you have the Website or you don't want it to connect to the internet, I'll make it for less than 550$ and in less than a week.
With very good graphics.
