insert the SIM card with another operator writes the network is blocked. and usually
insert the SIM card with another operator writes the network is blocked. and usually there be asked to enter any pin code and I have nothing jumps out only the network is blocked.

you need to sim unlock the phone and for that on att device you need to get a code
