[Q] What are these and can I turn these apps off?

I just had my s4 factory reset and NAE re-flashed at a sprint store. And am going about getting thing restored etc. My first step is turning off all the sytem apps etc that I will never use. In that I have ran into a few things I can't identify through a quick google search. They are as follows:

Tags (icon looks like a hanging price tag with a ripple rings progressing from the left bottom corner)
TalkBack (icon is a orange hand)
Trim (icon is a film cell with scissors)

Turn them off if you want. I deleted them. All is fine.
