There are lessons to be learnt here: there is no way a private matter between the DC and the the developer in question is going to be made public. If the developer wishes to go down that route then that's a shame but it is his choice.

Equally if he chooses to leave XDA because he feels he has been affronted in some way then, again, that is his choice. He joined us of his free will and should be allowed to leave of his free will if that is his choice.

We understand that the petition was started with the best of intentions; however if it had been left as a private matter then we would not have seen this situation go off the tracks.

Who we appoint to whatever role on XDA is entirely a matter for the committees and processes that are there for these purposes. I am afraid that no amount of pressure or abuse in these threads will be allowed to corrupt or influence those decisions.

Once again, this is a matter between the developer and the committee and no one else. Can we please move on and let the process take its course.

It's in progress. We keep getting little updates from svetius, the last one was on the 1st.

We are writing the system from the ground up to meet the requirements of the users and mods alike, so it will take some time.

Haha was replying when NATF did already. Having said that, thanks for reporting an issue for us - it's users who report issues in a clear and concise way that helps the most when it comes to making this place better.

That argument has been dropped. I don't need you to do anything for me. I just want to see this "Iron Fist" at work.

I don't know who that mod was that came and closed our petitions, but i reopened mine. DO NOT CLOSE MY THREAD AGAIN. I want it to stay open until fair action has been taken. Once he is recognized then sure. Ill close my thread myself.

Im just another user supporting our last few devs.
