Lightbulb Latest Software Update

Guys! is there any software update for SAMSUNG GALAXY Y GT-S5360 for this year 2014? Because I switched back to stock rom and try to update my software and there is an update, 12.80 mb total size, it says that it's for stability fixes. Then after that, there is another one, which is 13.50 mb total size, also for stability fix. I try to install it but it hangs in the splash screen. Im stuck at 86%. I need your help guys, is there an official update (LATEST) and will please someone clarify that there is really an official update from samsung which brings stability fixes? Thank you guys.
