if i create a restore point point (backup) from recovery and delete some apps but for some reason i want to go back can i use the backup?
and are there any other solutions except this one?

Yes you can use the recovery backup. Yes there's an alternate solution, Titanium Backup!

if i delete every single bloatware the s pen will function properly? just like before or some features will get deleted?
