This is a stock odexd ROM from the newest OTA

Features:
- 5.03.651.3 Base
- Data/app support (moved the flashlight and calculator from preload to this too)
- Init.d support
- SuperSU
- Busybox

fastboot flash? I tried in recovery and it wouldn't flash.

Yeah you would have to do fastboot it doesn't have the script for recovery to flash it
