Default [MOD] [XPOSED] Xperia Conversations Tweaks (SMS/MMS)

Here is a simple Xposed mod I developed for my own needs a few days ago. It tweaks the SMS/MMS app found in the Z2:
  1. Character Conversion Visibility (aka Cost saving)
  2. Enable MMS preview
  3. Enable save draft dialog
  4. Proper message timestamp

It is compatible with any Xperia device running Conversations.apk 27.3.C.1.2. from Z2, but older versions may be working too.

Could you please explain what you mean by "Proper message timestamp"?

Without my tweak if your phone is turned of at 12:00 until 13:00 and you have received a SMS message at 12:30, the message will be shown as received at 13:00. However after you enable my Xposed mod, the message will be shown as received at 12:30. It fetches the timestamp from the operator, not the time on the phone.

I hope my explanation is clear

I see, that's a nice feature, do you think I can try this with my Xperia Z1c, the version of the messaging app is 27.3.A.1.3?
And can you publish the source code somewhere, I'm just starting with Xposed modules and would like to look at it for inspiration

Yes, I think it should work.

The module is itself very basic as it just changes 4 bools. If you still with to look into the code, I will upload it to github. Also, the app is still missing it's place at the Xposed repo. Like I said before, it was made for my own purposes.

You need Xposed framework for this to work.
