I didn't read too much into it but are our DNAs compatible with this XLTE network? Who about those of us with the ability to flash radios and such?

I don't believe so. There was a list of compatible devices and our phone unfortunately was not on it. However, the list mentioned current devices on sale, and ours currently is not on V's website, so there may be a sliver of hope.

According to this thread from last year, our ophone cannot benefit from xlte
