seems like every time i am making a call there is a issue either the other person just can not hear me or when i am calling someone they are getting the call and answering but it still says dialing on my phone

Is there a way i can fix this issue ?

My mom has this phone and has the same issue. Every couple of calls made or received, the person on the other end can be heard fine, but they can't hear her. Shes contacted T-mobile, who said they have recognized this as a known issue, but made no other attempt to help, blaming it all on LG. Currently waiting on a fix from LG, T-mobile said it could take months.
