Hello, I've been searching for a way to Root the ZTE Optik 2 for a few days now. The goal being to root and create a custom ROM that basicly has nothing on it. I've never had to do this before, so newb status is now confirmed. Any help would be great. I've tried pretty much all the software I could get my hands on to no avail.

I'm sorry but your status newb is correct as confirmed by the forum rules, but that doesn't mean you cannot build a rom by yourself.
