Mio P550 / P350 ROM upload

Hi,

First of all I was using "search" but I didn't find anything special about mio P550 / P350. I know that this forum isn't for mio but mostly for HTC. But maybe someone can help me.

Is there any software which can "pull out" ROM image to my PC? Lot of inquisitive users accidentally deleted ROM in their Mio's (at boot loader they chose Low Level format).

After this operation they are still able to enter boot loader mode. There is an option: Image Upgrade Tools:

0=Image by USB
1=Image by SD/MMC

The problem is that we don't knot how to copy image from healthly P350/P550 to SD or PC by USB

There is also other menu: DUMP Tools

0=Dump WholeIMG_CKS (if we chose this nothing happens, only "Image_CKS:0x1ddc3aa8" apears on the screen). PC discovers mio as: SEC S3C2410X Test B/D and Windows cannot find any driver for this.
1=User Store to SD (this is nothing but backup of all data in P350)
2= SD to UserStore (restore of previosly backedup data)
3=Mark Bad Block (50MB) - ??

Do you have any ideas how we can dump image?
