TyTN upgrade ROM TyTN vs I-MATE JASJAR

Hello...

After many posts, i'm not sure on what to do to change my ROM..

I've got from Vodafone Portugal this tytn with:

Portuguese
ROM: 1.18.260.2
Date: 07/22/06
Radio: 1.03.03.10
Protocol: 32.34.7010.01H
ExtRom: 1.18.260.105

I want to change it to English to try another Rom, cause i suspect that this ROM (Portuguese) it's incomplete, and not very good.

On the FTP i've downloaded the:
I-Mate shipped Version (WWE - English), with the installation file inside, and the process to install is very easy (just follow the indications on screen).

The Portguese ROM, doesn't got the instalation file, and inside of it, there are 3 files part001.raw, part002.raw, part003.raw..

My Question are:

Should i change to I-mate Jasjam ROM? and if i wall to rollback to the portuguese ROm...How? Can any Guru, help with a CLEAR and SIMPLE Guide/Thread/Post..

I've had a Magician, a SE P910 ...and for now i'm not very happy with the Tytn.. (Poor WLAN; Bluetooth issues,

basically if you flash it with the imate rom you cannot go back to the portuguese rom. The portuguese rom you've downloaded is a dumped rom, the imate is a shipped complete update.
