Alright guys I wanna put cm on my HTC EVO 4g LTE but I'm s-on and I'm unlocked and rooted but somebody told me I can do it with amon ra is that true if so how

Amon RA? Wow. That's the wrong device entirely. You can flash CM all you want, you'll just need to fastboot flash the boot.img. A simple search should tell you how to do that.

You have two recovery options on the HTC EVO 4G LTE, TWRP & CWM Touch. As far as fastboot flashing the kernel, take a look at the top link in my sig. Scroll down to the portion of the first post that deals with S-on kernel flashing and take a read. You can also use the app Flash Image GUI to flash kernels. A simpler solution would be to obtain S-off for your device. There are S-off exploits available for all Hboot/software versions on this device.
