Received Replacement w/ Foreign App On It???

so i was having reception problems and got a replacement in the mail with an unknown app on and took some screenshots to share:

That's one that's been rooted via Kingo. You saying you got that from Verizon?

i found out later that although i have used Kingo many times i had never seen that app

i immediately root'd it so thought it cam that way.

That appears to be one of the applications that is installed with Vroot.... Hmm... I had the same thing happen when I used kingo 1.1.2 awhile back.
