I'm having a bit of a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S4. I am in kitkat 4.4.2 and I get crackling noise of the earpiece of the phone when in a call or on the earphones when listening to music, any earphones this happens. I am asking for some sort of help and am wondering whether this is a software bug. I already factory reset. Thanks in advance.
