Question [Q] Fastboot in locked bootloader?

Hi!
I am new at this, and i got a xperia m (c1904).
Recently I've been looking for a way to unlock my bootloader and i got "Unlock bootloader allowed = no" and I can restart my phone in fastboot mode
The question is:
I can unlock the bootloader?

Sorry for my bad English is not my native language...

No you can't I'm afraid. Just because you have access to fastboot mode doesn't mean you cam. There isn't a way to unlock a bootloader what says NO.
My Devices:
My Phone: Sony Xperia M C1905 | ROM: Modified Stock | Base Firmware/Build Number: 15.4.A.0.23 | Android Version: 4.3 | Kernel: Stock (Permanently Locked Bootloader) | Network: GiffGaff
My Tablet: Google Nexus 7 (2012) | ROM: CM11 | Base Firmware/Build Number: 11-20140527-NIGHTLY-grouper | Android Version: 4.4.4 | Kernel: CM11 | Network: N/A
