If I have a sprint galaxy s5 with debts of another number and the account is canceled there will be a way to activate it with my number?

Generally not until the debt is resolved.

Kind of depends... if it was a subsidized phone, then you're out of luck... Since the account was canceled before the "upgrade eligibility" period came up, they still technically have legal control over the phone.

It really depends on if Sprint flagged the ESN as a bad account.
