Default [Q] No ART after 4.4.2 update?

Did they really no include the ability to switch to ART with this update? Or am I just blind and I can't find the option under developer settings?
I have a Note 2. Stock unrooted.

Ah gotcha, thanks dude. Well this is my last day ever owning a Samsung device again, Nexus 5 is in the mail. Just kinda wanted to see how she ran on ART.

Well enjoy your N5. If you hang on to your note you might get a chance later. I know it makes a huge difference on aosp which is why I am trying so hard to get it on TW.

Art is that ugly stuff you pay outrageous amounts of money for.

Oh wait ART is android run time which is set to replace dalvik virtual machine. The short explination is that ART is the new way to run apks. Google can give you plenty of in depth information.
