I have the LG Volt from Virgin Mobile and I see an option in the notification bar for Wireless Storage. What is this referring to? Is it LG's cloud storage? Is it drop box's cloud storage can someone help me out?

This option starts a SMB server (i.e. Windows file sharing) on your phone so that you can access the files on your phone from other computers on your WIFI network. Your external (microSDHC) storage is READ ONLY.

When you start that option, your notification drawer will give the instructions how to access the files (i.e. \\<ip address> in Windows; smb://<ip_address> on Mac/Linux, username and password).
