Default Can i safely update to .205 after rooting my phone?

title says it all. Is it safe to update after rooted?

You can update to .205 and then root it with TowelRoot
Device : Xperia SP C5303
ROM : AOKP Nightly
Bootloader : UNLOCKED
Kernel : William Kernel v4

nevermind you can update safely even if rooted, as I 've found out.

OTA yes PCC and SEUS not!
OTA only patches the required files and PCC and SEUS rewrite the entire /system and thus removes root
