Google I/O really made me sad - my dear and beloved Nexus 4 won't receive the latest official Android L. Of course, custom ROMs will fix the situation, but custom ROMs sometimes aren't the best option.
And I decided to bring the feature which I liked the most - heads-up notifications!
The filtering rules are really feature-rich - whitelist + ability to ignore ongoing/silent notifications. Or you can enable heads-up notifications only in fullscreen mode - in games and such.
The app is paid, but, of course, for my XDA friends it is totally free.
Here is the video to demonstrate the app's abilities:
And here are some screenshots:

-You can keep statusbar notifications while dismissing heads-up
-Ability to post test notification
-"Ignore silent" was removed due to a lot of problems it caused
-Added ability to ignore low priority notifications
-Show heads-up on lockscreen
New in 1.0.3:

New in 1.0.2:

Now, the final part - the APK!
Sadly, the app is available only on Android 4.3+ due to limitations of notifications listeners on versions less than 4.3.
