[Q] Battery Issue !!!!!

Whenever i charge my phone my battery wont charge or it discharge while its on the charger and also when my battery dies and i try to turn but it wont charge can anyone help me ???

Get a new battery. They don't last forever.

i just got a new battery today and its still doing the same thing should i change my rom or unroot my phone
