I've just bought a brand-new HTC One Max (international model, unlocked) and it seems that there is no Android 4.4.2 update, it just says that current version - 4.3 - is the newest version.

How do I update my phone without voiding warranty?

After few hours of constantly checking the software updates, voila, it finally caught the update.

Delete the thread please.

Don't really know, mine's unrooted and I've got the OTA update. However, I am facing severe wifi connectivity problems.

Search for instructions on how to unroot your phone (flash stock firmware) on Google.
