They've just delayed again due to a Goodlink battery drain issue it would appear....

Zohaer, I've been following the craziness around the 8525 release pretty closely (borderline obsessively and Sleuth is pretty much right on the money. As of right now, 11/1/2006, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone in the entire Cingular organization who can give a firm release date on the 8525. Seems they still have some software issued to work out, and until they are resolved, they can't rightfully give any type of release date.

Read more closely: it will be part of the AKU 3.2 ROM update... which hasn't been made available yet. Also, if it's part of the ROM update (and not extROM), there will be nothing for you to download...
