Phone does not activate when unit is turned on

Hi,

I seem to have a recurring issue with my dopod 838 pro where the phone does not activate when I turn the unit on.

This probably happens 8 out of 10 times when the units turned on.

Its becoming annoying as I have to go into Comm Manager and turn the phone on there.

Has anyone got any advice on this issue?
