Cool Application unlock that might work
As Breeze and Monet are first HTC smartphones that attempt to lock the security\policies in the registry, I expect the technique to be the same.

I have discovered how to app.unlock the Monet (Virgin Lobster 700tv). So I guess this should work for the Breeze (C700, Meteor, etc.) as well.
