control PC music with Wizard

Hey all, i always listen to loud music throughout my house from my computer, and one thing that would be great, if i can change the songs and the voulme from my wizard where ever i am in my house...is there a program that would allow me to do this?...preferibly freeware

yes there is it works when conected to the network,but for the life of me i cant remember the name.
