3125 usb problems -device not recognized

Senior Member - OP Thanks Meter 0 Posts: 101 Join Date: May 2005	3125 usb problems -device not recognized my wife's 3125 just quit working on usb. it syncs just fine over bluetooth, and used to over usb. today it was syncing some music files from wmp10, and the activesync dropped after a few minutes, before it was finished. then when I tried to reconnect, it said usb device not recognized. I tried other ports, and another pc with the same result. I also tried turning on and off advanced usb comm. is this a common problem, or do I have a lemon? think a hard reset might fix it? sems like a hardware issue to me. thanks in advance, Wes
