We do know, however, that a full factory hard reset of the Treo brings the smartphone back to working defaults without any form of encryption.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? If so, are there any workarounds or solutions?
We are experiencing an error with cprog.exe crashing when installing managed encryption software from Safeboot. Although installation goes through fine, on next reboot, the dialer application may fail to load and dishes out an exception error. As far as we know we are using the latest version of Safeboot 4.2e and have had no concrete reply as to why the mobile acts like this from Safeboot Support.
