Ok, info:

- the WWE version going around (yes the orwell version) works on the prophet but has the following problems (i'm still checking so this list will get bigger)

1. No audio
2. The screen setup is in landscape mode (you can switch to portrait after the setup)
3. no ext. rom installation (it doesn't start even after hard reset)
4. you need to have activesync 4.5 for it to work (beta 2 avaiable on ms site here)

5. battery problem, it doesnt charge nor does it know anything about the battery status.
6. no camera software
7. buttons are mapped wrong

duh, yeah, but thats the only thing we got at the moment, so we are going to try to adapt it for the prophet.

2,7,8 are problems that have been solved with other roms ported from wizard. (So I believe that there won't be a problem here)
4,6 are no big deal to fix (there is a hidden camera shortcut in the windows folder)

So the severe problems are 1,3,5.
Is the charging problem the same as the aku 3.x you where working on?
Could it be easier to fix than the 3.x?

1 6: I had solved in Chinese Version WM6. Just change dll driver.and copy file(The camera needs almost 58 files)
3 4: It's not important
2 7 8: They are same problem. The keyboard driver wrong.I have no idea now.
I think the related drivers are hidparse.dll kbdhid.dll keybddr.dll.
5: It's the big trouble. I think the related drivers are battdrvr.dll usbfn.dll. I changed battdrvr.dll using 818PRO's driver.The battery status is ok. But charging still need soft reset.

The aku 3.3 rom from 838 solved problem 2 7 8. Anybody know some about it?

I didn't do it. I think the people at pdamobiz did it. It must be a registry setting

Could the battdrv.dll from the htc artemis work? It almost has the same board as the prophet.

wm5 aku2.2 pool size 12mb was tweaked with sktools&tweak2k for max performance.

well yeah your screenshot that theres basically no difference and its still 5.2 or something so worth it only out of interesst

and the wizard rom didn't work on my g4 cid locked model
