Only update Radio GPS After CID Unlock

Hi, after i CID unlocked my htc p3600 i stay with the SPL 1.01, so the radio roms enabling the GPS funcion can be aplied to all the SPL before the 1.04 right? so i can update only the Radio Rom and stay with my Portuguese OS... please anyone can confirm that?

This Bootloader is also MFG, so probably it allow Rom Dump Commands right?

I don't know if this works.. So please don't try this until pof or another expert can tell if its possible.

check if this bootloader has "rtask" command.

Try the following:

Code:

USB> rtask a
USB> rtask b
USB> rtask 7

Issue the command "task 32" and after you get "Level=0" try 'rbmc', 'lnb', 's2d', 'd2s'... commands, to see if they are there.

there is only RBMC but still LOCKED

so... is not possible to Dump the Rom to the SD?

with rbmc you can probably dump some parts... to unlock the command do this:

Code:

USB> task 32
Level=0
USB> set 1e 1
USB> rbmc filename address size

This will dump 0xsize bytes at 0xaddress into filename.

You need to get 'mtty' and then boot your trinity into the bootloader. Check the wiki.

2) Zover ik weet kan je met 1 speaker geen surround geluid maken. Via de headset weet ik het niet, maar zover ik weet zit er geen 3d surround in het apparaat.

3) Nee, sim-lock vrij is niet CID-lock vrij. Je kunt alleen Nederlands talige ROMS van HTC installeren op het toestel.
